There are actually three license packages this developer offers. The Personal License which gvies you access to all themes, updates and premium support (No PSD files and premium plugins), all this for $69 per year. There is also a Developer License, which gives you access to all themes AND plugins, updates, premium support and layered PSD files. This license costs $89 per year. Lastly there is a Lifetime Access license, similar to the Developer License but you don’t have to pay every year, this license is priced at $249 one-time fee.
